QR code won't scan
Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi. Clean the camera lens. Try entering the code manually: Settings → eSIM → Enter manually.
eSIM doesn't appear after scanning
Restart your device. Wait 2–3 minutes — the profile may still be downloading. If the eSIM still doesn't appear, contact support.
No internet abroad
Check: 1) Is Yotti eSIM selected as active data plan? 2) Is data roaming enabled? 3) Was the APN set automatically?
How do I cancel and get a refund?
If the eSIM hasn't been activated, click 'Refund' in your account. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Can I use the eSIM on multiple devices?
No. An eSIM is tied to one device and is single-use. Reinstallation is not possible after scanning the QR code.
Do I need to delete the eSIM after my trip?
Not necessarily. The eSIM will remain inactive and won't use any data. Delete it if you need to free up the slot.
What is an LPA code?
LPA (Local Profile Assistant) is an alternative installation method when you can't scan a QR code. Entered manually in device settings.
Does the eSIM support calls and SMS?
Yotti plans are data-only. Calls and SMS are not included.
